Strategic Recommendations on Averting a New
Revolution Looming in the Horizon in the Republic of South Africa
At first I thought the coming
disastrous revolution I saw in visions this year was only limited to my home
country of South Africa. On the contrary, I realized that the underlying causes
of the new revolution are also found in other nations across the world. For this reason, the new or coming revolution
and its bad repercussions that I see in visions will still encompass many
nations wherever its underlying causes exist.
I know for our new democracy in RSA all this sounds incredible, but when
I look at the overwhelming evidence as I have summarized for you Mr. President
hereunder, I cannot but bring a few of these visions and their interpretations
to your attention. In order to make my
submission user-friendly, I will divide
this communique into Section A (Prediction of the Revolution in the Prophecy of
Jesus Christ for Our Time); Section B (Recent Prophecy of Prophet TB Joshua
given on 14 July 2013 – clearly indicating that marginalized youth are a
ticking time bomb just looking for a place to explode into regime changing
revolutions all over the world); Section C (The Visions that I, Apostle Eliyah
Khumalo saw in 2013 – that also confirm that the coming revolution unless
averted will touch down with dire consequences in our country) and section D
(Recommendations on Whereto From Here).
I write to you Mr. President because your office is the only and highest
office in the land that is vested by our constitution with power to deal with
revelation of this magnitude. If only
former President Gadhafi could have chosen not to be skeptical to the extent of
dismissing notice of the revolution given to him by similar prophecies as a
pipe dream, maybe Libyan couldn’t have deleted his legacy from history at the
cost of his life. If only he knew that Jesus Christ himself had predicted that
unthinkable revolutions were to come in nations of the world where they were
least expected, and that the prophecies he received like this one were only an
announcement that time of fulfillment has come, what could have happened?
SECTION A
Here is a Brief Overview of the
Twelve Predictions of Things that Must Happen in the Times we Live in Made by Jesus
Christ in 32 A.D. (Luke 21: 5-26)
1.
The crucifixion and the resurrection of Jesus Christ – (Fulfilled in 33
A.D.)
2.
Persecution of the disciples of Jesus Christ (Fulfilled in the first 500
years after Jesus Prophecy).
3.
The Temple in Jerusalem will be razed to the ground (fulfilled in the
year 70 A.D.).
4.
Complete overthrow and downfall of Jerusalem (fulfilled around 70 A.D.).
5.
Jerusalem trampled by non-Jews until the times for the punishment of the
nation of Israel are fulfilled (from 70 A.D. – 1967 A.D.)
6. The folding away of
the kingdom of satan (also referred to as the end of the age or perilous times
in the Scriptures). In Luke 21, Jesus
Christ predicted the signs of this period, they are as tabulated below and are
all underway in our times:
- Continuous wars and rumors of war and
armed conflicts (World war 1&2; Iraq; Afghanistan, etc.)
- Occurrence of natural disasters, e.g.
tsunamis, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. (global warming is already
underway).
- Health epidemics & incurable
diseases, e.g. HIV & AIDS, EBOLA, Swine Flu, etc.
- The current Global Crises causing trouble
in and among nations (the global economic meltdown, austerity measures,
collapse of stock markets, etc.). See my book entitled The Rise & Fall of Nations; also

- Revolutions in
and among many nations (already started elsewhere and expanding).
7.
The literal invasion and colonization of the earth by the kingdom of God
with Jesus Christ rule over all the nations of the earth (just finished writing
my new book on this subject that I entitled Thine
is the Kingdom).

Literal Kingdom of God on Earth.
5 “Some
of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful
stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, “As for what you see
here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on top of another,
every one of them will be thrown down. 9 When you hear of wars and revolutions, do
not be frightened. These things must happen but the end will not come right away. 10 Nation will rise against nation, and
kingdom against kingdom. 11 There
will be great earthquakes, famines,
and pestilences (plagues, malignant
& infectious epidemic diseases, deadly and devastating). And there will
be sights of terror and great signs from heaven. 12
But before all these things they will lay hands on you and persecute you … 20
When you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation
is near. 22 For this is the time of punishment in fulfilment of all that has
been written. 24 People of Israel will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the non-Jews
until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25 And there will be signs in
the sun and moon and stars, and upon the
earth distress, trouble and anguish of nations in bewilderment and perplexity
(that is, without resources, left wanting, embarrassed, not knowing which way
to turn) at the roaring and the tossing of the sea. 26 The very powers of the heavens will be shaken” and decomposed.
Section B
How to Avert the Looming Revolution
14 July 2013: Prophecy of Prophet TB Joshua – Carry the Youth Along
“Revolution is coming when people will take to the
streets because life has no value any more for them. Revolution is the weapon of change that is
coming.”
‘People will be in great despair because there are no vacancies for
intake out of their unemployment. Those
who rule do not want to retire, which exacerbates the despair for citizens of
their countries with no possibility of change any other way. Youth in many
nations are left with nothing meaningful to do, and grow cynical as they become
aware that their countrymen become rulers through belief in secret cults, bowing
to idols, making vows in secret societies, some bathed with blood of goats,
pigs, beasts, or fowls; some by visiting spiritualists, cultists, witches, and
many other diabolical spirits to get
power to rule their nations, some for
as long as they live. But the youth will
not be lured into these practises because in their daily hardships they have
grown more sceptical. They also know that even the person who will rule their
country next is already predetermined and arranged to take over.’ “The revolution I saw five years ago is already in progress. Remember I told you I saw it beginning in
Libya. Before it happened I told you
that I saw it in my vision. I told you
then that I did not see the then President of Libya, Gadhafi. I told you I saw a revolution by the youth
start in Libya, spread into Egypt and spread all over the nations of the world. Any nation that will start attending to the
youth problem of unemployment will avert the coming revolution. How? Carry the critical mass of the youth
along into every sphere of economic activity and employment. Let every government department, every state enterprise,
every agency, every company, every organization that has employees, even
political parties, ABSORB UNEMPLOYED YOUTHS IN ORDER TO APEAL TO THE OMINOUS
(DANGER) SIGNS TO AVERT THE REVOLUTION THAT WILL ENCOMPASS MANY NATIONS OF THE
WORLD. READ ABOUT ME AND MY TRACK
RECORD AND YOU WILL SEE THAT EVERYTHING I PROPHESIED ABOUT ACTUALLY COMES TO
PASS. I have realized that my prophetic
messages right from the beginning of my ministry were never believed until they
happened. I WANT YOU TO BELIEVE THIS
ONE BEFORE IT HAPPENS BECAUSE REVOLUTIONS WILL EACH BE DISASTROUS.”

has all men’s hearts in His hands and turns them as He pleases to serve His
purposes contrary to their own first intensions. Pray that God should give your leaders and
those in positions in the corridors of power, a hearing heart. The revolution has started, we don’t know the
next country. The revolution can’t be
stopped unless we turn to God.”

C.1. 16 July 2013: Vision of Jo’burg in Appearance
Like it Was 200 Years Ago
C.2. - 3 June 2013: Vision of the Highveld Sea Encompassing the East Rand, Jo’burg, Randburg, Midrand to Pretoria &
Beyond
The vision occurred
between 19h30 and 20h30. I saw I was
with my wife Elizabeth, and our five year old son Nkosinathi in Isando in the
yard that used to be the corporate head office of our national carrier airline,
South African Airways. We were in a
building that looked as old as LCS building in Rustenburg where American
missionaries used to stay. While I was
seating down around a table and having a meal, I looked at the sky through the
holes that appeared like they were made for window frames that were never
fitted. I saw a very dark black cloud
hovering over the whole Kempton Park area.
In front of the cloud in the sky I also saw a group of seven men of a
huge stature standing as though they are surveying the area. The men and the cloud were moving from the
westerly to the easterly direction. I
tried to catch their attention in order to find out what was happening, but the
room where I was sitting in soon obscured my line of sight. After a while I went outside with my wife
Elizabeth and Nkosinathi for sight seeing.
I just wanted to show them the technical facilities of South African Airways
as I used to work there may years ago.
Just turning a corner at the end of the building we were in, I
discovered that there were no buildings anywhere in sight. Even the big hangars for aircrafts were
nowhere to be found. The whole area was
covered in light brown charcoal black mud.
We made a u turn holding Nkosinathi between us so that he should not
slide and fall into the mud. At this
point I realized that we have arrived in the aftermath of a tsunami like storm
that caused most of Johannesburg to disappear.
Then I lifted my eyes and looked in the direction of Midrand and
Randburg as far as I could see. What I
saw baffled my understanding. There was
not even one building to see. Houses and factories had disappeared. Instead the whole area was covered by water
as though it is an ocean. One of the
gentlemen that were standing in the sky in front of the black cloud was
swimming in the water where the N1 freeway used to be. He was swimming from the
South to the Northerly direction, heading from Midrand to the direction of the
city of Tshwane. The trance ended here.
I was travelling in a
Greyhound bus from Durban to Pretoria on a Thursday night. Next I saw I was in a multi-storey building
that looked like the Carton Centre in downtown Johannesburg. I was aware that I am in the middle floor
area of what appeared to have been a corporate head office. But the place
looked very strange as the building was just empty all around. There was no
furniture, no telephones, no PCs, no carpets anywhere in sight. Although the door and widow frames were still
intact where they used to be, there was no window panes or doors. Everything was ripped off. As I walked into one of the rooms that looked
like it was a boardroom at the centre of the floor plan I discovered that it
was also empty. Suddenly I found myself
caught in the middle of powerful winds of a storm that was still in progress. Torrents of the mighty winds of this powerful
storm gushed in all directions. I then
realized that it was this storm that lampooned and lambasted the building to
shreds. At this juncture my discovery was too late to save my life. The winds were tearing my clothes with
intensity and crude wild strength. The
wind was even lifting me off the floor as it tossed me round about. Outside at the foot of the building I saw a
few survivors of the inferno pasted by the winds to the bottom walls of the
skyscraper. These people looked so
helpless and hopeless as the torrents of gushing winds kept them captive
against the wall, clinging for their very lives with no interlude in
sight. I saw both pity and expectation
on their faces as they watched my ordeal.
As the storm was trying to throw me out of the building through one of
the window holes, I discovered there was what looked like a farm that had all
the plants that looked like banana trees torn out of the ground by their roots
with just a huge bush left standing.
This one was still very green.
Section D
Conclusion and Recommendations
on Whereto From Here
In conclusion, let me thank the
government of the Republic of South Africa on progress made in various fronts
to solve the problems confronting our citizens on a daily basis. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that where
notable progress was achieved in this regard, nothing was left to chance as
highlighted below. Through proactive
leadership and delivery of calculated solutions, our nation was in many
instances spared from the self-fulfilling prophecies in the past, I have noted
some of these actions on what was done to avert what is within human power to
stop in the prophecy of the end of the age as given by Jesus Chris over two
thousand years ago. To recap, things
that must happen as predicted by Jesus prophecy as signs of the end of the age
of the kingdom of darkness are:
- Wars
Through CODESA the leadership
and the people of RSA proactively averted bloodshed in what if not handled
properly could have deteriorated into a bloody civil war.
- Great
earthquakes, etc.
RSA government and World
leaders are driving the Global Warming agenda, Kyoto Protocol, etc – this is
commendable.
- Famines
The Social Security net made of
grants for the elderly, vulnerable children, etc. is in place and is highly
commendable.

Plagues
of pandemics, deadly and devastating malignant & infectious epidemic
diseases.
The
fight against pandemics like HIV & AIDS, TB, Cancer, Heart Diseases by
government is highly appreciated by the masses of people in our country.

Distress,
trouble and anguish of nations that baffle experts to the point where they do
not know where to turn to for solutions as crisis cause sharp scarcity of
resources where many citizens are left wanting or in a situation where they are
not able to provide basic necessities for themselves.
Many nations in Africa, the
United States, Egypt, Syria, and EU nations like Greece, etc. are in distress
in this area. The discontent breeds the
seeds of the revolution that is underway in some countries already and still to
come in others. As more and more people become helpless victims and are
marginalized from the economic activities and jobs in their own nations, the
time bomb is ticking and is looking for a place to explode. In the unseen realm, Jesus Christ and the
forces of light will be conducting an offensive war of ages to uproot the
prince of the power of the air and evil spirits that are rulers and authorities
of the invisible kingdom of darkness. During this offensive these diabolical
spirits will cause perilous times on earth as aforementioned. Satan’s mission of stealing, killing and
destruction will be unleashed with cruelty against the human race. Some rulers will become more hard-hearted
hoping to use military force to prolong their days of power to rule their
countries, but this will only fuel the revolutions by invoking the diabolical
spirits that will cause people to be more divided, to destroy their cities,
even to fight and kill one another. Many countries or cities will be left in
ruins and devastation that will make Hiroshima and Nagasaki pale in comparison.
For this reason, no leader can afford to take the possibility of a revolution
in any nation as improbable or simply dismiss it as incredible, because the
real causes are a spiritual phenomenon.
The distinguishing aspect of the times of the revolution that spirals
from nation to nation will be the fact that regime changes will occur primarily
through a revolution and secondarily through the ballot box.
- Revolutions
In
South Africa a revolution driven by the youth may be caused by failure of
government to implement all the clauses of the Freedom Charter; landlessness of
the masses; poverty; the African
majority not having equitable ownership of capital and the means of production; and
unemployment especially among women and the youth. Unless the government proactively take the
necessary steps, RSA will be encompassed by a disastrous revolution driven by
the youth that feel marginalized from employment and economic livelihood. Mr.
President, this is where your government and the ANC come in to do everything
in your power to avert the coming revolution in South Africa. Next, please allow me to share with you
Divine Solutions from the Source of the above mentioned predictions.
WHERE TO FROM HERE?
I did not know the interpretation of the visions I continue to see until I heard the prophecy of the coming revolution that will encompass many countries across the globe given by Prophet TB Joshua as already mentioned and again reading the Prophecy of Jesus Christ about what must happen at the end of the age in the 21st chapter of the book of Luke in the Bible. We are without doubt in that period (the end of the age refers to the end of the kingdom of darkness on earth. This will be followed by the Kingdom of God with Jesus Christ literally ruling the governments of the world on earth). Next let me put across to you Mr. President what the government and the African National Congress needs to execute as a matter of urgency for all the youth in South Africa regardless of race and political affiliation:
E.1.
Devise and implement a Revolution Preemption Strategy as a matter of urgency.
Among others, this new strategy must seek to aggressively achieve deliverables
tabulated below.
E.2.
Absorb large numbers of youth into employment across all economic sectors of
society including government departments, municipalities, SOE’s, and the
private sector as per the advice of Prophet TB Joshua in Section C.
E.3. Increase the National Youth Development
Agency funding and transparency for youth and entrepreneurs to establish new
companies or to go into partnership with existing ones.
E.4. Absorb large numbers of the unemployed youth
with talent into state funded innovation and creativity activities where they
can earn a living, e.g. the arts, sports, and design activities, etc. – for

E.5.
The government must explore using the indigenization legal framework to proactively
broaden the ownership of capital and the means of production by the majority
African population.
E.6. Implementation of the youth wage subsidy as a
matter of urgency.
E.7. All companies standing to benefit from the
National Development Plan must meet the criteria of employing a government
stipulated percentage of the unemployed youth and graduates.
E.8. Promote involvement of young people in
agri-business to remove the disconnect between the African and land achieved
through colonial laws. Maybe in the new
law the government may also buy up to half of each farm that is outside the
land claim areas. Such lands may then be
subdivided into 5 acre mini-farms earmarked for ownership primarily by the
unemployed youth. Aggressive government support in terms of finance, technical
expertise, equipment & machinery, and access to markets especially in BRICS
countries must be driven aggressively by the State.
E.9. The division for Monitoring & Evaluation
in the Office of the President must put systems in place to measure and report
to the nation on an on-going basis the effectiveness of this strategy. Employ more young people to perform this
added youth progress monitoring function into the Division.
