From the beginning of the month of June 2013, I saw
sporadic flooding across many countries of the world. I must also admit that I was the first to
admit that I was puzzled by these visions. Questions that ran through my mind
were, ‘why am I seeing these visions?’; ‘What should I do with what I see?’; ‘Who
do I share what I see with?’; ‘Can citizens or their governments do something
to avert these floods?’; ‘How do I find out the exact timing of the flooding incidents
for the respective regions of the globe? etc.
At first I thought I will just keep what I see to myself because I was
not prepared to put my credibility on line.
But the human suffering caused by these incidents forced me to share
what I see with the governments of the respective countries through their embassies
or directly with their heads of states.
